Prototyping, Modeling and Tooling

Imagine Fiberglass can rapidly produce a scale model or full size prototype for your part or product. Or, we can create a composite tool design from a 2D drawing or a solid CAD file. From there, Imagine Fiberglass will produce a plug pattern which will enable our in-house tool makers to produce your tooling according to the requirements of the process specified. At Imagine Fiberglass, we place emphasis on tool quality, performance, lifespan and finished surface quality.

Once the tool is completed, a commissioning part is produced and supplied to verify that the tool built will produce the product as specified.
